These terms apply to purchases made through BTHG LAB.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. We aim to describe our products accurately, although minor variations in appearance may occur.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information appears incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law where permitted by applicable mandatory consumer law.
