Launch shipping: Switzerland only.

Standard tracked shipping is free during the BTHG LAB launch phase.

Dispatch and import charges

Orders are shipped directly from our overseas supplier to Switzerland, not from local Swiss stock.

The recipient is responsible for any import taxes and carrier customs-clearance or handling fees charged on arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or free shipping and are not collected by BTHG LAB at checkout.

Amounts depend on the shipment, its correctly declared value and the carrier. Combined orders may attract charges even when a single item does not. We cannot guarantee that any shipment will be free of import charges.

Estimated delivery

Orders are expected to arrive in approximately 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by carrier, customs, holiday or other operational delays.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be added to your order and sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has started, an address change may no longer be possible.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate.
